PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL RECEIVED JANUARY 4, 2018

Raznick Realty Group has requested a re-zoning of a 1.92 acre site from Commercial Office (CO) to Commercial Mixed Use (CMU), in order to build a 42-unit age restricted (55 years old or over) apartment and small retail project located at 23480 Park Sorrento, south of the 101 freeway and east of Park Granada.  The City of Calabasas Planning Commission approved the project in January, allowing it to proceed to the City Council on Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
